The size of the listing will determine the time of each service we provide. In most cases, our process will take 1-2 hours. However, larger properties may take more time.

Delivery of photos, videos, virtual tours, aerial shots, and marketing kits will be delivered within 24-48 hours depending on which services were selected. For example services that include video may take a little longer than 24 hours to edit.

We understand that weather conditions in South Florida can be unpredictable. In the case of bad weather conditions such as heavy rain or storms, the photographer will contact the agent to reschedule.

Photographer will not be responsible for any staging, cleaning, dusting, or moving furniture. Client will also ensure any pets are contained during the session, and no pets will be included in the photographs.

The quick answer is no, providing we have access to a lock box or access code. We do suggest that the agent or homeowner discuss any specific shots or angles they may want before the photoshoot.
